(W) DEVICE FOR CLEANING SURFACES OF WATER-DESIGNS
The invention relates to shipbuilding and relates to the construction of a device for cleaning the surfaces of underwater structures.
A device is known for cleaning j surfaces of underwater structures, for example, ship hulls, containing an engine, on the shaft of which a flat brush is fixed, which is in contact with the front part during cleaning with the cleaning surface and the air supply source fll.
The disadvantage of this device lies in the high dimensions of the design and the considerable loss of engine energy.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy loss of the engine.
To achieve this goal, the device is equipped with a pipeline 20 connected to an air supply source above the surface of the water and the above-mentioned well and a cap mounted at the back of the brush and surrounding the cavity of the back of the brush 25
on the periphery of the brush for the supply of air. In addition, it is equipped with a fluid pressure regulating device connected to the pipeline.
Zetka made round shape.
FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed device, the cut; in fig. 2 - device during operation; in fig. 3 device option; in fig. k - three devices in a single frame; FIG. 5 then LSA, top view; in fig. 6 - device with welding head.
The device contains a flat brush 1 connected by a shaft 2 with the engine 3. Brush 1 is made with the disk C, while the front part of the disk k is in contact with the surface 5 of the underwater structure to be cleaned. A cap 6 is installed above the rear part of the disk k, forming a cavity 7 along the periphery of the brush. The device is provided with a pipe 8 connected to an air pressure regulating device 9 connected by a hose 10 to a source
compressed air supply (not shown; shaft 2 is made with a water supply channel 11 under pressure to the outer part of the brush and the surface to be cleaned. Brush 1 is round-shaped. The device is equipped with handles 12 for holding it by the diver 13 during operation. Inside the brush can be mounted curvilinear tubular device 1 with nozzle nozzles 15i connected channel 16 with a source of water supply (not shown), while the shaft 17 is made with a swivel 18. A cap 19 is installed outside the brush. Brushes can be grouped together etki 20 on rollers 21 "In addition, the proposed device with several brushes 22 may be provided with a welding head 23 of
The device works as follows.
Holding the device with the handles 12, the diver directs it to the surface 5 and presses it against this surface. Simultaneously, the channel 11 of the shaft 2 is supplied under pressure of the working medium, for example, air, to the surface 5 and compressed air is also fed into the cavity 7, while the air is automatically supplied by the air pressure regulating device 9 equipped with a hose 10 with a source of compressed air into the cavity 7, it isolates the brush from the surrounding water and the working medium supplied through the channel forms an air bubble in the center of the disk, which assumes an oval shape. Compressed air with liquid can be used as a working medium.
When using a variant with a multi-brush design, each of the brushes has its own shaft connected to the drive motor, while the device moves on the 2K rollers.
The brush can be made with nozzle nozzles 15 for supplying air or fluid to the surface to be cleaned. When using the welded head 23, the latter can be located in the center of the disc.
The technical and economic effect of the proposed invention is to increase productivity due to the possibility of simultaneous work with several brushes and to reduce engine energy losses.
